Hey! My name is Valentina.  I was born in Bogota, Colombia and grew up in Houston, Texas. My passion for storytelling and human connection has been integral to me since my youth and led me to pursue a journalism degree with a focus in public relations and a minor in psychology. I pride myself in my unique approach to marketing communications and can't wait to bring my creative and innovative ideas to this industry as a first-gen Latina PR professional.

I enjoy writing both creatively and persuasively and have a passion for digital content creation. My research focus in undergrad was on influencer marketing and diversity in the beauty industry, a world that I love and am inspired by. As a native Spanish speaker and first-gen immigrant, I hope to utilize my colorful experiences to create diverse and innovative content in a growing industry.
